  Usually the cheapest petrol in Tamworth. Good quality food and friendly service.

  I noticed, being in Tamworth, all the caravan parks seemed a bit snobby and "too good" for those without money to stay. My partner and myself are travelling, and our van is our home, but of course, we still need showers. When every caravan park we checked said "no" to guest showering, even after offered payment, we were a bit lost. Then we were told about Matilda; "If you buy fuel, you get a free shower" they said. "To Matilda it is!" My partner and I agreed. When we arrived, we didn't actually need fuel, so we asked "How much for a shower?". The answer we got was what we'd been waiting for: "Free!".
